"Found" - 80x60cm

This piece was one of the first paintings, where I truly felt that the painting has found me rather than the other way around. In my highly intuitive practice, I always let my intuition guide me to discover every step of the way, until it is finished - it will let me know. This was even more so the case in this painting. The texture, the spray paint, the oil paint finishes - all the materials applied onto this canvas have urged me along and created something vibrant and powerful. A truly magical process.
